Kappa Gamma Fraternity Joins the Fight Against Sexual Violence on Campus Gallaudet University’s Kappa Gamma fraternity, has joined in the effort to raise awareness for the fight to stop sexual violence on college campuses across the nation. While many colleges and universities are joining in the efforts made by the White House’s “1 is 2 Many” and “It’s On Us” campaigns, the brothers of Kappa Gamma making themselves heard without making a sound. The members of the Kappa Gamma fraternity took to action by translating the original “1 is 2 Many” public service announcement that was released by the White House in April, into American Sign Language. The original message was presented by a gaggle of celebrity faces in the hopes of putting the spotlight on a dangerous issue. The video is short and not a sound can be heard, but this does not negate the power of the message being relayed. The KG brothers emphatically sign the statistics that have been brought to light by the task force formed by President Obama and Vice President Biden.
